Michael is an accomplished legal advisor with over two decades of specializing in startups and emerging companies. He excels in contract negotiation and management, pre-IPO financing, corporate governance, and litigation. His experience spans representing Fortune 500 companies, handling SEC matters, and arguing in appeals courts. He brings invaluable experience in arbitration and mediation and has taught Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington and Jefferson College.

A graduate of Boston University, Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University College of Law, earning top grades in his courses on Business Transactions and finance and civil litigation.
